morngame (hereinafter "we") develops and operates the FallingBlocks mobile application (hereinafter "this application"). This Privacy Policy aims to explain how we handle data with the utmost transparency.
This application does NOT collect any of the following categories of data:

This application integrates the Adjust attribution SDK. Adjust automatically collects the following non-personally-identifiable device information, used exclusively for install attribution (i.e., determining from which channel a user discovered and downloaded this app):

Adjust does NOT track your specific in-app actions (such as gameplay, skin switching), and is NOT used to build user profiles or serve advertisements. This app contains no ads of any kind. Adjust is used solely for attribution purposes.
You may influence Adjust's data collection by resetting your advertising identifier or limiting ad tracking through your device settings (see Section 6).
This application sends a one-time request to our own server (ip.morngame.com) at app startup to determine the user's country code (e.g., "US", "BR", "CN") based on their IP address. This is used exclusively for region-specific feature adaptation within the app.

We do NOT store your raw IP address. The server only returns a country-level code and does not retain logs of individual requests. No precise location (GPS) data is collected.

The above data is saved using Unity PlayerPrefs. Uninstalling this application will permanently delete all of the above data, and it cannot be recovered.
This application integrates the Adjust attribution SDK (com.adjust.sdk:adjust-android:5.0.0), used for install source attribution — that is, understanding through which channel users discovered and downloaded this application (e.g., Google Play organic search, referral links, etc.). Adjust's data processing is governed by its Privacy Policy.
This application is built using the Unity Engine. Unity may collect anonymous engine-level telemetry data (device hardware information, crash reports, frame rate statistics) to improve engine performance. This is governed by the Unity Privacy Policy.
This application does NOT integrate any of the following services:
We ourselves do not collect any user data — therefore we have no data of yours to share with anyone.
Regarding Adjust: The device identifiers and attribution data described in Section 2.2 are automatically transmitted by the Adjust SDK to Adjust's servers for the purpose of generating attribution reports. Adjust, as a data processor, is bound by its own privacy policy and our data processing agreement with Adjust.
Beyond this, we do not share any data with any other third party.
This application does not collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13. The content of this application is suitable for all ages.
The advertising identifier collected by the Adjust SDK does not, at a technical level, distinguish between children and adults. Parents concerned about advertising identifier collection for their children may limit ad tracking through device privacy settings (see Section 6), or contact us.
FallingBlocks (developer: morngame) itself does not collect or store any of your personal data. The only data that may be associated with your device is the advertising identifier collected by the Adjust SDK for install attribution (see Section 2.2).
There are two types of data associated with this application, and the deletion process differs for each:
We ourselves hold no personal data about you — as a result, you do not need to exercise GDPR/CCPA rights of access, deletion, correction, or data portability with us, as we have no data to process. For data held by Adjust, see Section 6 — Data Deletion above.

Although we do not collect user data ourselves, we have taken reasonable measures to protect the integrity of this application's code and signing keys. The installation package is digitally signed to ensure it has not been tampered with. Data transmitted by Adjust uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
We do not collect or store any user data. Data stored locally on your device is permanently deleted when you uninstall the application. Adjust's attribution data retention period is governed by Adjust's privacy policy.
